Join us for the Queensbury Senior Center Community Health Fair on Tuesday, October 26, 2026 and connect with area seniors, caregivers, and community members! This event brings together organizations that provide valuable resources, services, and information to support aging well.
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to share information about their programs, services, and resources while connecting directly with members of our Center and the greater community.
Exhibitor registration includes:
One exhibitor space with 6 foot table and chairs provided
Opportunity to share information and resources with attendees
Promotion through Queensbury Senior Center event communications
Set-up will begin at 12:30pm, and vendors should be ready by 1:00pm.
Exhibitor Fees:
Returning Exhibitor: Nonprofit - $50 / For Profit - $100
New Exhibitor: Nonprofit - $75 / For Profit - $150
*Returning Exhibitor pricing is available to organizations that participated in the 2025 Queensbury Senior Center Health Fair.
Space is limited to 30 exhibitors, allowing for a more focused event experience with greater opportunities for meaningful conversations and connections with attendees. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sponsorship Opportunities
